As a brand new medical and cosmetic surgery company entering the Melbourne market, Australian Cosmetic Group were looking for a stylish and sophisticated space to attract and retain new clients and staff. The initial designs were brought to life as 3D renders, allowing staff recruitment to commence while the build was completed.
Thoughtful planning was required to maximise space and natural light, while ensuring privacy and fulfilling the strict planning requirements of a medical fitout. Extensive glazing created an abundance of natural light, without compromising privacy, while minimising corridor space allowed for larger treatment rooms. A tight schedule added additional complexity, however even with delicate technical medical equipment, lighting and regulations, the project was delivered on time and to the highest medical standards.
