Concept Health delivered a purpose-built medical centre for Partnered Health, designed to balance functionality, compliance, and patient comfort. The 615sqm fitout includes multiple consult rooms, a treatment room with sterilisation area, dedicated pathology space, and a secure reception and large waiting zone.
The design focused on smooth circulation, acoustic privacy, and DDA-compliant access while maintaining Partnered Health’s consistent, neutral aesthetic. A calm palette of soft timber tones, muted colours, and subtle textures creates a welcoming atmosphere, with natural light prioritised in the waiting area and consult rooms.
Durable, medical-grade finishes were used throughout, including vinyl flooring, stainless-steel benchtops, and wipeable wall surfaces. Technical requirements included a pass-through window between sterilisation and treatment rooms, ceiling-mounted medical lighting, and Medilec GPOs for body-protected areas.
Staff wellbeing was also a priority, with a dedicated kitchen area for rest, collaboration, and secure storage away from patient zones.
